Frequently asked questions
Can I try Premium before paying?
Yes. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The monthly plan’s first month is ₹99. Both offers are for first-time subscribers.
How can I pay?
In the app you choose between UPI AutoPay or a debit/credit card (processed by Razorpay) and Google Play billing. Your bank may place a small refundable verification charge when you set up UPI AutoPay.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, Premium renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. For annual plans we remind you a few days before renewal.
How do I cancel?
In the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription (or in Google Play if you paid there). You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation, and payments where Premium didn’t activate. Partly used periods aren’t refunded. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
How are free AI analyses counted?
AI Screener, AI Predict and Stock Report each have their own allowance of 5 a day, and the Finvio AI assistant allows 5 questions a day. Counts reset at midnight IST.
Is Finvio investment advice?
No. Finvio is an information and community platform. AI features never give buy or sell calls. Research Analyst content comes from SEBI-registered analysts and shows their registration number.
