Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — nothing is shipped

Finvio Premium is a digital subscription used inside the Finvio app. There is no physical product, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

2. When Premium is delivered

• •Premium is linked to the Finvio account you are logged in with when you pay.
• •It activates as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute.
• •Occasionally a bank or Google takes longer to confirm. Premium then switches on automatically within 30 minutes; you do not need to pay again.
• •For a free trial, Premium activates as soon as you approve the payment mandate.

3. Receipts

A receipt is emailed to your account email after every payment and is always available in the app under Settings → Subscription → Payment history. Google Play purchases also get Google’s own receipt.

4. If Premium does not activate

Pull down to refresh on the Subscription screen first. If Premium is still not active 24 hours after a successful payment, email support@finvio.in with your receipt number or payment ID and we will activate it or refund you in full (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
